I will start by thanking the millions of visitors we have had over the past three years, as with an extremely heavy heart and tear soaked eyes, I must announce today that Celebrities.com as you have come to know and love it will no longer exist.

As we move into the next phase, I would like to thank everyone that has worked tirelessly on the site. A few people need and deserve special recognition.

First off, thank you to CJ and Mike for being the greatest champions of the site and best people with whom to share a sanity break. And to Lisa, thanks so much for sticking with us and writing about your life in Hollywood.

Key Greene who, since starting here, has given everything she has. She has continuously brought you the best analysis of the latest celebrity news, through my nitpicking and many other demands.

Steve Brodersen and Henry Trappler: These men are the finest videographer and photographer, respectively, that I have ever met. Constant professionals, these two gentlemen not only get the best images and video, they are also wonderful to hang out with.

Larry Holzer: It’s difficult for me to thank him enough. He is one of the hardest working people I know, in any profession, and he has a heart of gold. Over the years, he let me tag along with him and those memories are some of my favorites.

E.L. Woody: My life will never be the same after knowing him. Through the good and bad, I have always been and will be grateful for the insight, candor, and camaraderie that he has given me. He has influenced everything from the music I like to the way I view the world. You don’t get many opportunities in life to meet a truly transformative figure and, I must say, that is what he is.

I ask everyone that has enjoyed and loved Celebrities.com over the years to continue to follow E.L. Woody and the rest of the guys at Poptv.com. There you will be able to watch interviews from Henry, photos and videos from Steve, and Larry’s always exciting videos from New York City.

It has been my great honor to bring you Celebrities.com for these past three years. I will truly miss servicing ya’ll.

Ok – actually it was Terri Seymour who broke it off with her long time beau, Simon Cowell. The pair had been dating since 2002 but Terri’s desire to start a family seems to be behind her ending the relationship with the “American Idol” judge. Just to keep the lines of friendship open though, Simon gave his former love a truly memorable parting gift:

“American Idol judge Simon Cowell gifted $9 million to Terri Seymour to keep their recent parting amicable - $5 million cash and $4.6 million to a buy a Beverly Hills home.”

MATT SORUM - The Velvet Revolver and Guns N Roses Drummer left the polling, with his girl, a very excited man, he said the he voted for Barack Obama because he was ready for change. In other news, he did let on that a new singer for Velvet Revolver (Scott Weiland left the band earlier this year) hasn’t been found yet.

It’s that special time of year when everyone dresses up as someone else. So what about the people that get to dress up as fanciful characters everyday thinking of the upcoming holiday? Well David Henrie, star of “Wizards of Waverly Place” has a few found memories from Halloweens past:

“David Henrie, 19, who plays eldest wizard brother Justin, is perhaps a bit old for trick or treating, but he can recall years dressed as a Power Ranger or Ninja Turtle. “I was always a ninja of some sort,” he recalls. His advice for Halloween? Be safe and careful.”

Whatever his costume will be this year I’m sure David will have a great time with his girlfriend Lucy Hale on his arm. The “Privileged” star is sure to look lovely in anything she wears and I’m sure all that wizardly work has given Henrie some great costume ideas of his own. If it’s got to be a ninja theme I think Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai Yuhi would suit them perfectly!

This pair has been together for about two years, and has even starred in a few shows together including “How I Met Your Mother” and the “First Kiss” episode of “Waverly Place.” David and Lucy are absolutely adorable together, very photogenic and full of potential as young stars. So it came as a surprise when I went looking for information on the two of them and found that nearly nothing had been written – though I’m sure all that is going to change as this talented pair hits their stride. Henrie and Hale already put in an appearance at the “High School Musical 3″ premiere and with a couple of projects lined up for each of them, like a joint appearance in Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, we’re sure to be seeing more of them soon. I’ll be keeping an eye out for these two!

I so wish I could have been a fly on the wall at LAVO inside The Palazzo in Las Vegas on October 24th when the absolutely scrumptious actor Matt Dallas, star of “Kyle XY,” was spotted dining with friends:

“Matt Dallas…was spotted at LAVO celebrating his birthday… with a large group of guys and a lone female. Drinking Grey Goose martinis along with Steak Frites, Ultimate Pizza and Sea Bass, after dinner they adjourned to the nightclub. Upstairs the group continued with Grey Goose and was delivered cupcake cones to top off his birthday celebration.”

The dinner menu of pizza, sea bass and cupcakes sounds a little stomach churning to me but a little stomach upset would totally be worth it to wish Dallas a happy 26th birthday! Ok the party was a bit on the late side, since Matt actually hit the big 2-6 on the 21st of October – but hey, there’s nothing against enjoying a very happy ‘unbirthday’ out with friends!

Unfortunately I’m not the fortunate – lone - woman Dallas decided to grace is unbirthday with, so I’ll just have to settle for these candid pictures of the hunky actor; at least till “Kyle XY” returns to television on January 17th.

Ok “Twilight” fans the date of the premiere is drawing ever nearer. Still I can understand if November 21st still seems oh-so far away – but you’re in luck! A very special event is in the works, just for the fans and the stars of the upcoming blockbuster:

“MTV News will host a special “Twilight” event in L.A. on Nov. 7, taping a special about the much-anticipated movie. “Twilight” stars Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and director Catherine Hardwicke will be there.”

While you’re composing your tale of epic love for the “Twilight” series, here are a few hot new pictures and a of Robert Pattinson, out after a busy night clubbing, to help inspire you. For those fans who won’t be in L.A. on time - I hope there are enough of pictures featuring Pattinson’s legendary hair to console you.

Those Hollywood stars never miss a chance to shake up a new fashion trend and this year it’s starlets posing as other starlets! The Daily Mail pointed out Cindy Crawford’s masterful costume, the elegant model posed as Grammy Award winning singer Amy Winehouse. From the messy beehive do, down to the leopard print dress Crawford totally won the costume contest at Kate Hudson’s Halloween party over the weekend.

And sexy actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is hoping to ratchet up her own sex appeal, at a party for the Children’s Hospital in L.A. with her take on this new celebrity trend and a little help from her fiancé, Ross McCall. The pair intend to transform into everyone’s favorite power couple – Brangelina!

“”We’re just gonna have lots of babies!” joked Hewitt, 29.”And I’m going to look really sultry and really drop dead gorgeous.”

“I don’t know how the heck I’m going to pull it off,” admitted McCall, 32.

Hewitt has a few ideas. “You’re gonna’ be cool, ’cause Brad Pitt’s cool!” [Hewitt] said.”

Every woman is different but there are a few things that they can all agree on and revel in and at the 22nd annual Women’s Conference at the Long Beach convention center on October 22nd there’s a great opportunity for women from all over the world to come together and celebrate. On this year’s guest list was the always gorgeous model, mother and talk show host, Heidi Klum:

“She may be from Germany, but Heidi Klum has adapted well to American culture. And at the 2008 Women’s Conference last night… Klum joined an estimated 14,000 women at the annual conference… And it sounds like this year’s festivities were a raging success, with one attendee telling press, ‘It’s so worth the money to come here. It is one of the highlights of the year for me.’”

Sounds like Heidi’s been having a lot of fun lately. With the conference and judging from these pictures, Steve got, of Heidi enjoying a nice Los Angeles afternoon in a pair of short and playing with her kids, things are going well for her. One thing though, I already miss my summer wardrobe; don’t rub it in so much Klum!

I’m sure everyone remembers Guy Ritchie - he directed the awesome films “Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels” and “Snatch.” Not ringing a bell? He’s also the soon to be ex-Mr. Madonna, who’s been coming off pretty badly in the papers for a while now (Ritchie won top honors as the most emasculated husband on Men Style’s “whipped” list in March 2008) and he’s also apparently a firm believer in tip #7 from this morning’s how-to’s. A source says:

“Ritchie has already entered a relationship with British actress Kelly Reilly, who is starring in his upcoming drama Sherlock Holmes.

On Oct. 18 - three days after he announced he and Madonna were divorcing - he sent his driver back to his $12 million home in London’s Marylebone district “very last-minute” to pack an overnight bag for a stay at a nearby Chatham hotel — where Reilly is residing.”

“Sin City” star Rosario Dawson has released the fifth video in the Voto Latino series aimed at getting young Latinos to register and vote:

“The PSA includes information on early voting and encourages young people in states that offer early voting to take advantage of the practice rather than wait on long voting lines. It ends with a remake of “I Want To Be in America” from “West Side Story,” titled, “I Want To Vote in America.”

“It’s the Latino community’s answer to ‘The Great Schlep’,” said Rosario Dawson, co-founder of the organization. “We have taken your grandmother’s telenovéla, put it online, and made it relevant across cultures and across generations to help encourage conversations among Latino families.””

I’ve got to give it to Rosario, who is credited with writing the short which co-stars Wilmer Valderrama from “That 70’s Show,” this is definitely one of the funnier and more entertaining Public Service Announcements I’ve seen this election season. It definitely ranks up there with Sarah Silverman’s great “Schelp” PSA, or Paris Hilton’s first reply to McCain. Now I think I’m going to have to dig up the other four videos so I can catch up on the soapy storyline!
