David Beckham
Here’s the latest. “NOBU”——————- LAUREN CONRAD - The popular star of “The Hills,” had a good Japanese dinner with friends and was polite. She said the season is going well and things look very smooth in the life of L.C. “VILLA”——————- DAVID BECKHAM - The soccer player was hiding and crept out of the side/hidden exit of the lounge. He was in the back of an SUV and Victoria was nowhere in sight. Zoom…he was gone in a puff. “STK”———————— TRACEY EDMONDS - The beauty posed for her close-up and followed that up by taking pictures with young fans. DAVID WEINTRAUB and SEAN STEWART - The guys hung out and got ready to get their groove on. FRANKIE DELGADO - Frankie arrived in his Porsche. “FOXTAIL”———————— NICOLE SCHERZINGER - The hot “Pussycat Doll,” smiled and said hi. It was Foxtail all the way for the dancing sexpot. “STK”———————- KYM JOHNSON - I caught up with the “Dancing with the Stars,” fantastic dancer, as she headed to a catch a cab. She was as nice as always and told me her partner for the upcoming season is Warren Sapp. I mentioned that it will be exciting and she agreed. (VIDEO) JOE FRANCIS - Since he was released from prison, this guy cannot stay away from the club scene. I guess compared to the slammer, clubs must be heaven on earth.
MEL B and STEPHEN BELAFONTE - The “Spice Girl” and husband just announced that she is pregnant. This evening they celebrated with friends at the happening steakhouse. She looked radiant in bright pink and was all smiles. Stephen was curious about the paparazzi industry and asked a few questions. Mel posed with the Director of “Stuart Little.” (VIDEO) RIHANNA - The superstar singer made a rare appearance. She sat in the front seat of a large SUV and looked terrific. They took her into the garage and I’d see her again upon her exit a bit later. TARYN MANNING - The actress looks good with her new, long hair. RIHANNA - After her relaxing and enjoyable night out on the town, the singer and friends pulled out of the garage of STK.
“VILLA”—————————- RIHANNA - It was around 3 am when her SUV exited out of the side of Villa. She did not mind being seen earlier at STK, but for some reason, they went to an incredible amount of trouble to shield her from the cameras. The folks who work at the lounge held umbrellas in front of her and this time she was not visible in the front of the SUV. In fact, she was pretty invisible and it turned out to be a complete waste of time for me. Too bad I didn’t end the night after she left STK. (VIDEO) Bye from Hollywood.

Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 7/25/08 “BOND ST BEVERLY HILLS”————————— DAVID BECKHAM and VICTORIA BECKHAM - This new restaurant, located in a hotel, is not the best place to shoot. All I got was car shots and interference from security and police. They totally overreacted, and it was just ridiculous. Nevertheless, the Beckham’s drove out after their dinner. Between Ronaldo and Beckham, I am tired of getting these soccer stars! I am pleased to hear that Cristiano Ronaldo will be returning to Europe this weekend, so I won’t have to bother with him again. If only he’d take Beckham with him, I’d be even more better off. They have been more trouble than they think they are worth. Beckham is certainly overrated and has not lived up to expectations since he was paid an insane amount of money to play for the L.A. Galaxy. He was supposed to make Soccer incredibly popular in the States, but pretty much failed.
Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 7/15/08 It was action-packed tonight and the lineup included very hot ,PARIS HILTON and soccer superstars, DAVID BECKHAM and CRISTIANO RONALDO. “MADEO”———————– DAVID BECKHAM - The soccer star was with his young son and appeared to have had a fine dinner at the Italian eatery. Tonight, the sheriffs department did not provide an escort. That was left up to Beckham’s personal security. Beckham looked Hollywood cool with sunglasses at night.

Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 7/14/08 David and Victoria Beckham were out and about, as was Bai Ling, Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon and Mary Carey with David Weintraub… “MR CHOW”—————— ANTOINE WALKER - The basketball player was in the house. BAI LING - The always refreshing and engaging Chinese star, provided amusing footage once again. She said that when she closes her eyes, she is on the moon. I asked Bai what she does up there. She was with a magic man. I wanted her to tell me something that I don’t know about her. She said that I know nothing about her and I can try to figure her out, but will not be able to. Bai mentioned that the moon is her home. I asked her if she likes to gamble and she responded that she gambles in life and a little bit for fun and that she went to Vegas in Bangkok and it was very hot. I requested that she tell me about adventures in her life. She likes adventures, surprises and flying. CELEBRITIES.COM photographer, STEVE BRODERSON, called me on my cell and Bai wished to talk to him. I told him that it was Bai, but I guess he didn’t hear me or know what was going on, so it was a brief and confusing conversation for both parties. She did, however, wish him a Happy New Year. She did a couple funny car maneuvers before she drove away in her shiny red Mercedes.
Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 7/9/08 One of the most uncooperative and annoying Hollywood celebrities, TOBEY MAGUIRE, lost his temper and yelled four-letter words at the paparazzi. That’s coming up very shortly. “MADEO”——————— JOE WALSH - “The Eagles” Joe was in a jolly good mood after his fine Italian dinner. DAVID BECKHAM - The spoilt British Soccer star had dinner with one of his sons and drove out of the garage. He had his security detail get in the way and block shots. Does Beckham have a big head? I’ll say. Ever since he moved to Los Angeles, he has been completely uncooperative and hates having his picture taken. Well, it comes with the territory, because this is Hollywood. If he doesn’t like it, perhaps he should return to England. TOBEY MAGUIRE - Tobey has always been a jerk. Usually, I try to be polite when talking or writing about celebrities, because most are nice and deserve respect…but it is not possible with people like David Beckham and Tobey Maguire. I have to tell it like I see it, and I have seen Tobey many times over the years and he has always been nasty. A few years ago I covered a Golden Globe after-party and filmed many big Hollywood stars. Everyone of them was polite and friendly, except for Spiderman. Maguire was the only person to hide his face and it was a joke! Tonight, he drove out of the garage with his wife in the passenger seat. At first he hid his face and then totally lost his temper. He opened the car door and screamed four-letter words at the paparazzi. It was “F…mother…f…ks…” etc. Fans of Tobey should know that he is a mean, angry guy. He may appear to be cool and friendly when you see him in a movie or on a talk show, but in person, he is a jerk. If he posed just once in a while and was half-way decent just occasionally, I would not run him down like this. But he is always this way, so now you know.
BECKHAMS at STK by DAVID CHILDRESS DAVID BECKHAM and his wife, the former POSH SPICE, VICTORIA BECKHAM, don’t seem to be having much fun in LOS ANGELES. You hardly ever see a smile on their faces, even though they are rich, beautiful, and live in the perfect climate of Southern California. Maybe they should get a hobby! They aren’t treated as royalty here, as they are in much of the world, but then, we don’t have royalty here, in the U.S.A. At least they don’t have a half dozen L.A.P.D. cops giving them special protection at the taxpayer’s expense. But it still seems like this pair is more aloof than the usual Hollywood denizens. Smile, you two, it won’t hurt. It might even feel good! Try it, you’ll like it. Neither of you is a spring chicken, enjoy the adulation while you can.
“MR CHOW” ——————— BAI LING - The friendly actress wore a very colorful and attractive dress. She said she is headed to Brazil and Cancun for Film Festival’s. Wherever the action is, you are likely to run into Bai Ling…so be on the lookout. MICHAEL CHOW - The founder and owner of “Mr Chow,” thanked some of his guests. Not only is his Beverly Hills location going gangbusters, his restaurants in New York and London are also the talk of the town. ROBIN THICKE - The smiling singer hit the road in his SUV. He is enjoying his success, but I am not a fan. I saw him perform a couple songs on TV recently and it did not appeal to me at all. His style of music is just not my cup of tea. For fans of Robin…if you are ever at one of his concerts, you will be pleased to know that you will not find me there.
“MR CHOW”———————- DAMON WAYANS - The actor had a fine Chinese Dinner at the hopping spot. “KOI”——————— T.I. - The popular entertainer promoted his upcoming projects. I got plenty more of the talkative guy after his Japanese dinner. I’ll get to that in a bit. SAL MASAKELA - The upbeat guy introduced a good friend and “Survivor” contestant. I asked Sal if he was showing his buddy the ropes. He said it was the other way around. DR 90210 - The TV Doc relaxed with pals and kidded around.

America’s princess, Paris Hilton, was out with her Aunt Kyle Richards but her sweety, Benji Madden, wasn’t on her arm, Paris was all pouts. Always sweet and talkative, Claudia Jordan had a great time out at Coco de Ville. Tyrese Gibson was looking stylish. Henry even caught some great shots of David Beckham out with one of his sons.
Christina Ricci stepped out with a friend. Victoria Beckham and David Beckham had the same idea along with Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, they stopped by the new hotspot Bond St. Beverly Hills. At Villa, Henry caught up with Caroline D’Amore who is always lovely and talkative before catching Brittny Gastineau just as she left.
