Jailbird Naomi Campbell was out and about, shopping yesterday, enjoying her new found freedom. My guess is… it will be short-lived. Sporting a to-die-for orange shoulder bag and skinny jeans, Ms. Campbell looked every bit the model in striped Sex Pistols shirt, we know you’re a badass Naomi, and black platform ankle boots. Now if only she would do something about that Louise Brooks bob and anger management issues…

The most beautiful woman in the world is by far one of the most stylish as well. With the physique of a greek goddess, skin of an angel and the acting chops to boot, Halle Berry is, dare I say it, the perfect specimen. Always looking earth-shattering in an original and gorgeous gown, she is always poised and polished on and off the red carpet.

This spring, chuck the dark basics of this fall and get glitzy with this year’s hottest trend, metallics! It’s all about high shine and sparkle and looking just as fab as your favorite stars. Pack the power of a metallicy gold or silver handbag to set off the trend. If you’re truly the daring fashionista, try a gold lame blazer or a bright metallic red shoe a la ruby red slippers!

With winter finally deciding to grace us with her presence… insulation has become a major concern in the fashion department. One product that has continued to sweep through the cold front are the ever-popular, all consuming Ugg Boots! Now I’m all into comfort and warmth, but NOT at the expense of STYLE! I mean seriously… Ugg Boots do nothing for the foot, leaving your arches limp and your ankle encased in a shell of sheepskin. For me a sleeker, flat leather boot would be equally warm, comfortable and stylish. But if sporting a loaf of bread is cool to you, then on with it. Just don’t expect to hear, “you look so great in those Ugg Boots” anytime soon. Plus, how will anyone tell you a part from the other hundreds of girls in Uggs. To this I say Goodnight, Uggs you have been banished to my Fashion Graveyard!

The stars came out twinkling, last night in Hollywood for the 64th annual Golden Globes award show… And what a showing it was! From the gorgeous red carpet entrances and beautiful gowns to the hilarious acceptance speeches it was a test to movie making magic!

Highlights from the show included:

Jennifer Hudson’s (Best Supporting Actress- Muscial of Comedy) BIG win was phenomenal to match an equally phenomenal performance and even better stylist that has her looking every bit the star.

Meryl Streep took home the Best Actress nod for her amazing performance in my favorite of the year, The Devil Wears Prada, wearing Carolina Herrera.

Beyonce dressed like the Oscar that she will more than likely NOT win.

Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon used this as their “you’ll be so sorry you ever broke up with me” moment, Ryan is eating his heart out, Justin… is not.

Ellen Pompeo looked ravishing in a white Versace draped gown… Grey’s Anatomy won for best Television series

And the biggest highlight of them all… Dreamgirls won Best Motion Picture- Musical or Comedy!!!

Sienna Miller was out in LA this week, lunching, probably doing so major press for her new biopic flick about 60’s It Girl Edie Sedgwick, “Factory Girl“. It’s the role that many say Miller was destined to play, and there have been many comparisons drawn between the incomparable Edie and Sienna: both It girls and wildly famous. Hopefully, Sienna can go beyond trite comparisons and bring the sensational, yet tragic Edie to life.

Sienna hits the City of Angels in a silvery metallic scoop-neck empire waist dress. What makes her outfit “Very Sienna” is her mix of accessories. From her black on black shades, lovely gold circle hanging earrings and super thick silver necklace, she has mastered mixing highs and lows.

Though I do believe that Sienna has been over-exposed for her “fashion sense”, I am looking forward to seeing if all the hype matches the acting chops.

Our favorite globe-trotting, poverty battling couple, stepped out on the town last night at the Hollywood premiere of “God Grew Tired Of Us”. The Jolie-Pitts stepped out looking smolderingly sexy, but with the ‘pure at heart’ do-gooders aura about them. Both wore a variation on navy and gray, Angelina in a pair of long trousers and silk blouse with open-toe black sandals. While Brad, always rustic and manly, wore his usual slacks and tee combo, though I’m loving the fabulous navy blue wool coat, gray scarf and zip-up boots. They continue to wow me with their charitable spirit and it doesn’t hurt that they look flawless. One thing is for sure, we’re not growing tired of these two any time soon. Kudos, Brangelina.

Ms. Stone looking stunning in a dreamy confection of leather and fur. The killer harlot trusts her basic fashion instinct and pairs it with knee-high leather boots. Looks like 2007 will be a good year for Ms. Stone and just maybe we’ll all forget that sequel!

Nicollette Sheridan Vs. Lindsay Lohan

Where there’s fashion, fists are flying!

Here our Desperate Housewife seems to be going through a midlife crisis or maybe the stress of dealing with the cattiness on Wistera Lane has finally gotten to her. Whatever it is, striped sheer tights under Lyrca shorts is never a good idea. And where does the gray newsboy cap fit in? You’d think the steller knee boots would redeem her, but it only stirs more confusion into this clearly “dressed in the dark” look.

Lindsay Lohan takes her tights very seriously. And from this look she’s taking no prisoners. Love, love, love the flat riding boots and the babydoll top. A+ for simplicity. Major deduction for the lace fingerless glove and the cancer stick.

Nicole Richie:

My usual style darling has made a misstep somewhere along this outfit. But I don’t know where it is… I like the eyelet pattern on the shirt, the scarf is cute and the sunglasses are her sig, but the whole look screams Jimi Hendrix, old Nicole wild child. Let me know what you think, because I’m torn…

Paris Hilton:

Now I normally refrain from commenting on Ms. Hilton as I think she has a much style as Victoria Beckham (take that as you wish), but she does manage to look cute here in a red stripe shirt, skinny jeans and red flats. Personally I would have lost the matchy headband and glasses, but baby steps Paris, baby steps.

Halle Berry:

Looking very casual as she runs some errands. She always looks very pulled together and simple. Oo la la to her snakeskin bag and booties.

Lindsay Lohan:

I’m always on the fence about La Lohan. There are times when she looks amazingly beautiful and then times when I wonder if the “rumors” are true and she got dressed in a haze. This, unfortunately is one of those times. You all know how I feel about stockings under shorts (see Kate Beckinsale post), so she loses points there, but then she woos with with her loosely strewn scarf (I’m a sucker for a scarf) and the aviator glasses. Chuck the stockings, add a wedge platform and we’re in business Linds.
