Lindsay Lohan Punched A Woman Over This
TMZ, Radar and UsWeekly all have different stories for why Lindsay Lohan punched Tiffany Eve Mitchell (Side note: I just knew her name was going to be Tiffany or Crystal.) at Avenue in NYC early this morning.
UsWeekly says that LiLo bopped a bitch in the face, because she wanted to sit in the VIP section and Tiffany’s purse and coat were in the way. They got into a fight after Tiffany refused to move her stuff. The old LiLo would’ve stolen that purse and coat and traded them in for a baggie of the bad shit, but since she’s trying to be a different kind of mess, she punched Tiffany in the face instead.
Radar says that LiLo not only had the sweet nectar running through her veins, but she was also filling her nostrils with coke. We all know that LiLo turns on the “cunt” when she’s high on coke, so she snapped when Tiffany asked to take a picture with her. LiLo refused to pose with Tiffany, so Tiffany shrugged and kept dancing with her friends. LiLo wouldn’t let it go and later on, she shoved Tiffany before throwing a fist. LiLo kicked, screamed and spit at Tiffany until the fight was broken up.
And TMZ has the best and most pathetic reason for why LiLo kissed

I finally got a chance to read David Remnick’s revealing profile of Bruce Springsteen in the current issue of The New Yorker, and it revived a debate I’ve been having with myself for a long, long time: Could Hollywood do justice to a Springsteen biopic?
Full disclosure: I am a massive fan. My musical tastes are quite broad, but Springsteen has anchored the soundtrack of my life since high school. Forced to choose a favorite album, Darkness on the Edge of Town would be my probable pick. And the only concert tour I missed since The River was the one mounted in conjunction with The Seeger Sessions.
I became convinced that Springsteen’s life should be a movie way back in 1980, just a few weeks before The River was released. I had yet to see Bruce live when I bought a ticket to in early September to see a concert documentary that had just been released called No Nukes because I’d read that he was in it.
Springsteen doesn’t show up until well into the film — which was directed by Danny Goldberg, the music impresario who would become Nirvana and Sonic Youth’s manager — but I won’t soon forget that within seconds of his appearance on camera, I was rubbing away gooseflesh. Part of my reaction clearly had to do with my fan worship and with the fact that I was sitting virtually alone in the King’s Court theater in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, PA watching my rock hero on a gigantic screen.
But, watching a clip of the performance, which I’ve posted below, those chills still come back. With his hair combed back into a rockabilly pompadour, Springsteen is part Elvis, part James Dean. His performance is charged with dramatic tension. When you first…

What happened to three of the most eccentric Hollywood personalities in the immediate aftermath of Sept. 11? They went on a road trip, of course! In the June issue of Vanity Fair, writer Sam Kashner recounts the story of how Elizabeth Taylor, Michael Jackson and Marlon Brando rented a car after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, and drove from New York to Ohio in a misplaced attempt to get back to California.
Writes Kashner, in an excerpt from the article “Elizabeth Taylor’s Closing Act” (available in the June issue with Katy Perry on the cover):
A former employee of Michael Jackson’s says that Michael, like General Washington, led his entourage to a temporary safe haven in New Jersey, before the three superstars took to the open road. “They actually got as far as Ohio — all three of them, in a car they drove themselves!” he recalls. Brando allegedly annoyed his traveling companions by insisting on stopping at nearly every KFC and Burger King they passed along the highway. One can only imagine the shock their appearance caused at gas stations and rest stops across America.
With all three participants from the road trip deceased, a former Taylor employee has come out to claim the story isn’t true. However, history-magnet Corey Feldman was on-hand for Jackson’s Madison Square Garden concert on Sept. 10, and recalls that travel plans were put into motion.
“I remember that [the day after the concert] Michael was trying to get Elizabeth out! He was at first looking for a private jet. He wanted permission to fly out — but everything was surreal. I didn’t go with him.”
In case you…
