Bethenny Frankel And Jason Hoppy Quit Each Other After 2 Years Of Marriage

"This is surprising!" said not one bitch after reading the news that Marc Anthony's Jewish twin and the Skeletor of NYC Bethenny Frankel has separated from her husband Jason Hoppy after two years of marriage. If you want to ruin your day, just imagine Jill Zarin fapping to this news while cackling maniacally.

Bethenny released a long statement of words to every damn media outlet in the universe saying that since her reality shit show needs a new plot and she's already sucked every last ounce of life out of Whatshisname, she's quitting his ass and throwing him in the moat around Castle Grayskull.

"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family. We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority. This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."

She went on to say, "And you can watch my marriage completely crumble into worm food on the season premiere of my new show BETHENNY GETTING DIVORCED!"

What's really surprising is that they lasted this long. On the show (yes, I watched mess), it seemed like Bethenny's constant whining and nagging killed Jason's last nerve, so I figured that it was only a matter of time before he drenched himself in pinot grigio before feeding himself to Ramona Singer.

And here's Jason and Bethenny in Miami last year. As for Jason's ass, yes, I would. And now that I know he's probably going to get a huge chunk of Skinnygirl money, I totally would.

Lindsay Lohan Busted Again − Is She Beyond Help?

If Lindsay Lohan doesn't go back to jail as a result of today's news, I have an idea for a film project for her: It's a remake of Groundhog Day in which LiLo plays the Bill Murray role and wakes up every day to new criminal charges until she gets her act together.

Since Tina Fey is the last person to get a memorable performance out of Lohan, she should write and direct. Harold Ramis, who wrote and directed the original Groundhog Day, could have a cameo as the wise prison warden, and...Jesus, why am I even bothering?

I used to actually believe that Lohan had it in her to carve out a great second act in her life and career by stopping the nightclubbing, cutting off her embarrassing parents and devoting herself to work. But after five trips to rehab, the latest critical savaging she received for her performance in Liz & Dick and reports of her arrest Thursday morning and new criminal charges that are about to be filed against her, I think it may finally be time to declare Lohan a lost cause.

As you probably know, Lohan was busted around 4 a.m. on Thursday morning after she allegedly punched woman at a Manhattan nightclub. Earlier that night, she'd caught Justin Bieber's concert at Madison Square Garden, but apparently the good vibrations didn't carry LiLo through the night.

The NY Daily News reports that after exchanging words with 28-year-old Tiffany Eve Mitchell at the Chelsea nightclub Avenue, Lohan slugged the alleged victim in the face.

TMZ reported that Lohan, 26, was arrested as she attempted to flee the scene in a friend's car. "Are you kidding? Oh my God, are you kidding?" Lohan can be heard saying on the video of her arrest that the celebrity site posted. (I've embedded it below.)

Lohan was issued a desk appearance ticket for misdemeanor assault and faces a Jan. 11 court date, but that's just the beginning of her troubles. As TMZ reports, "she'll face a total of four new criminal charges on the same day on different coasts." In addition to the above charge, law enforcement sources told the website that the Santa Monica City Attorney will also hit Lohan with three criminal charges stemming from her car accident there last June on the Pacific Coast Highway. Lohan's Porsche slammed into the rear of an 18-wheeler and though she told police she was a passenger in the car, it turned out she had been driving.

The charges: Giving false information to a peace officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and reckless driving. (Meanwhile, Lifetime reportedly may sue Lohan for breach of contract because this incident happened during the shooting of Liz & Dick and the cable network's insurance policy on the actress forbid her from driving.)

Lohan is still on probation for felony jewel theft and TMZ notes that when the actress is arraigned on these charges, probably next week, the judge will revoke her probation and set a hearing to "determine if she will go to jail for a long period of time."

I can already see a tearful Lohan pleading for leniency, but will the judge, or anybody, be moved? At this point, it's hard to feel any empathy — or even pity — for a 26-year-old actress who has squandered what should have been the most productive and exhilarating years of her career. Lohan could have been wowing us with her acting talent, but instead she chose to amuse and, ultimately, bore us with her bad behavior.

Twilight On Top at the Box Office Again
Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, the final installment of the vampire fantasy films, has topped the US box office for the second week in a row. Early estimates suggest it took $43.1 million between Friday and Sunday, James Bond film Skyfall was second with $36 million, followed by Steven Spielberg's Lincoln with $25m (£15.6m). Domestic revenues for the year currently stand at $9.75 billion, with a strong December line-up still to come. The current annual domestic record is $10.6 billion, set in 2009, BBC reports.

Liz & Dick Pulls In 3.5 Million Viewers
The made for Lifetime TV movie about Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton was the fourth biggest viewed origin movie premiere on ad-supported cable this year. It drew 3 million less viewers than Steel Magnolias which played the network in October, Deadline reports.

Life of Pi to Open Dubai International Film Festival
The festival running December 9 - 16 will also include Hitchcock, Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away and Cannes Palme d'Or winner Amour. The Sapphires will close out the event. Other highlights include Karzan by Kadar Bekas and Wadjda directed by Haiffa Al Mansour, Saudi's first-ever female moviemaker to shoot a film on her own in the conservative country THR reports.

Fox Searchlight Eyes Susan Boyle Biopic
The company has picked up the life rights to Boyle's story along with rights to the musical I Dreamed a Dream. The idea will be to merge the two to develop a re-imagined film version of the musical. A director and screenwriter are still pending, Deadline reports.

Cannes to Fete India in 2013
It's hard to believe Cannes news is beginning, but event organizers said it will commemorate the 100th anniversary of India's film industry by making it the festival's "Guest Country" for 2013. The home of Bollywood will be the third country to be honored by festival organizers following Egypt in 2011 and Brazil last year. The 66th annual Cannes film festival runs from May 15 to 26, The Guardian reports.

Star Wars fans worldwide learned Tuesday the celestial shattering news that George Lucas had sold Lucasfilm, and its most famous offspring to Disney for $4.05 billion. That news even surprised none other than Luke Skywalker himself. Actor Mark Hamill said he was surprised by the news, though he and fellow Star Wars veteran Carrie Fisher had met with Lucas who told them he wanted to do additional episodes in the decades-long franchise.

"Yeah, last August, he asked Carrie and I to have lunch with him and we did. I thought he was going to talk about either his retirement or the Star Wars TV series that I’ve heard about…," Hamill told EW. "So when he said, 'We decided we’re going to do Episodes VII, VIII, and IX,' I was just gobsmacked. 'What? Are you nuts?!' [laughs] I can see both sides of it. Because in a way, there was a beginning, a middle, and an end and we all lived happily ever after and that’s the way it should be - and it’s great that people have fond memories, if they do have fond memories."

Hamill said in the interview that he feels "anxious" about what's going on and admitted to mixed feelings about the sale, but said there has been a historical silver lining when Disney has picked up other marquee properties. "They haven’t done badly by Marvel and the Muppets and Pixar. It’s one of those big decisions that at first seems unusual but then the more you look at it, the more it makes sense."

Hamill noted that Lucas himself is in a "good place" today, which wasn't exactly the case back when they were filming the earlier Star Wars. He recalled that his co-stars tried to lift his spirits on the set, which would come with mixed results.

"He was not a jolly guy on set. [laughs] I always felt badly for him because he agonizes over details, and I’m sure after imagining it in his head for so many years, to see it realized — he’d look up and just hang his head and groan. Harrison [Ford], Carrie [Fisher], and I were always trying to cheer him up and joke him out of his doom and gloom."

Love has already thrown itself off a bridge, jumped through a window, put its head in an oven, snatched away Chris Brown's phone during a Lamborghini anti-joy ride, and humped on Parasite Hilton without four condoms on, but this news is really going to kill it forever. Entertainment Tonight says Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are no longer starring in the real-life show Little People, Big Love, because they have broken up after 30 years of marriage.

Actors Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman have separated after more than 30 years of marriage, ET has learned.
The couple's rep Stan Rosenfield confirmed the news to ET.
The pair, who married in January of 1982, have three children together.

Little people love is supposed to last forever!
